Turnaround depends on the tier and our current queue. Once your cards arrive, we’ll confirm an estimated completion window and keep you updated.
We work with everything from lightly worn to visibly damaged. If something looks high-risk or unpredictable, we’ll explain it and get your approval before starting.
It depends on the card and your goal. Restoration can improve presentation and reduce visible defects, but market value varies. If you’re restoring for grading, we’ll recommend the most “grading-safe” approach for your card.
Sleeve + top loader (or semi-rigid) + team bag, then sandwich between two rigid pieces of cardboard. Use tracked shipping. After checkout, we’ll send simple packing steps.
Each tier builds on the previous: Pre-Grade Restoration focuses on surface clean and grade prep for cards with no structural damage, Structural Restore targets creases/dents/edges, and Full Restore is our most advanced option with full microscope-assisted inspection for the best overall presentation.
We don’t submit cards for grading, but we do restore with grading-safe handling in mind and can help you choose the tier that best matches your grading goals.
Because restoration is a hands-on service, refunds typically aren’t available once work has started. If you need to cancel, contact us ASAP and we’ll help based on your order status.
Signed cards need extra caution. Depending on the signature placement and finish, we may be able to help. Send photos first and we’ll confirm what’s safe.

Yes. Vintage cards are often more delicate, so we take a preservation-first approach to keep things safe while improving presentation.

Yep. You’ll have tracking for your shipment to us, and we’ll confirm when your cards arrive. If anything needs approval (tier change, risk note), we’ll message you before work starts.
If a card is too risky or won’t meaningfully improve, we’ll tell you before proceeding. In many cases we can still do a safe clean/preservation pass to help it display better.
