FULLRESTORE CARDS – TERMS OF SERVICE


1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Full Restore Cards or submitting any items for restoration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.


2. Nature of Service

Full Restore Cards provides professional trading card restoration services designed to improve the visual condition of collectible cards using grading-conscious techniques.

Each card is unique, and results will vary depending on the card’s condition, materials, and level of damage.


3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

  • Restoration does not guarantee a specific grading result (e.g. PSA, BGS, CGC)
  • Not all imperfections can be fully removed
  • Improvements are based on professional judgment and experience

4. Goodwill & Resolution Policy

Full Restore Cards is committed to delivering high-quality results and a positive customer experience.

In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances occur during the restoration process, we will make every reasonable effort to work with you toward a fair resolution.

This may include, at our sole discretion:

  • Partial or full refund
  • Store credit
  • Additional restoration work where appropriate

All resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.


5. Risk Acknowledgement

By submitting your card(s), you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Restoration involves inherent risk
  • Outcomes may vary from expectations
  • In rare cases, cards may:
    • Not improve as intended
    • Respond unpredictably to restoration
    • Experience unintended changes

You accept these risks before proceeding with any service.


6. Limitation of Liability

Full Restore Cards handles all items with the utmost care and attention.

However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage worsening
  • We are not responsible for unforeseen outcomes during restoration
  • We are not liable for grading results or market value changes

Our total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the restoration service.


7. High-Value Items

Customers submitting high-value cards acknowledge that:

  • Restoration carries increased risk due to the nature of the item
  • Market value may fluctuate regardless of restoration outcome

Full Restore Cards is not responsible for changes in market value under any circumstances.


8. Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their cards to us.

We strongly recommend:

  • Tracked shipping
  • Insurance for high-value items

Full Restore Cards is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage during transit to us

Return shipping:

  • Cards will be securely packaged and returned
  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once shipped

9. Pricing & Scope of Work

Pricing for services is outlined on our website and is based on typical restoration requirements.

However, due to the nature of trading card restoration, the level of work required may vary once the card is physically inspected.

If a card requires a higher level of restoration than initially anticipated, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

In all cases:

  • Any changes to pricing will be clearly communicated
  • Work will not begin until the updated scope and price are approved by the customer

10. Refusal of Service

Full Restore Cards reserves the right to:

  • Decline restoration if a card is deemed too risky
  • Refuse service at our discretion

11. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of restoration services, all work is considered final once it has commenced.

  • Payments are non-refundable once restoration has begun
  • Outcomes may vary depending on the condition of the card
  • Customers acknowledge and accept this risk prior to proceeding

If a customer chooses not to proceed after an updated scope or pricing adjustment has been provided, no charges will be applied.

Any exceptions to this policy are handled strictly at our discretion under the Goodwill & Resolution Policy outlined above.


12. Agreement

By submitting your cards or placing an order, you confirm that:

    • You understand the risks involved in restoration
    • You accept that outcomes may vary
    • You agree to proceed under these Terms of Service
